I was verified yesterday in a matter of minutes. Decided to see Tessa today. I was kinda nervous in front of the apartments, but everything was smooth and uneventful. Tessa is definitely around mid-20's. I can tell bc I'm Asian myself. She does have a smoking hot body and pictures on website is vaguely similar (much better in person! All seem honest and within the past couple months most have been fully vaccinated.

Not a silly question, don't know about Shu or Iris, but Tessa is vaxxed, I asked, Got both shots she said a little while ago, so should be all kicked in by now.

Wrong about the East Coast. You just need to go further south like Orlando.
