There is action further up Aurora. The first place to look (though sporadic) is the pedestrian overpass before you hit the bridge. This is called the 'hoverpass. There is action around the fleabag motels on the Fremont portion of Aurora, but my experience is these girls are not that great. Watch out for a very thin SW named Christina in this area, she looks good from a distance but up close I assure you that she's not what you want. If you happen to get her in the car, she'll whine like a 3 year-old if you tell her you're not interested. Other girls around that area have also told me that she's a grab-and-dash with your money. There are basically 3 strolls once you pass the bridge. The Ho'ver Pass as Avenue mentioned which is from about 39th to 45th. You might see a few just past GreenLake near the 7-11. The next stroll is the Oak Tree from 90th to about 105th, and then finally the KK Stroll from about 120th to 145th. Usually not much past 145th, besides it's Shoreline and the cops are vigilant.

So to answer your question, all the way to N.145th St. And basically hit or miss these days. Your best best is Denny Park or Pacific Highway during the day on the weekends.

Thank you, Civ, you just answered all my questions about that stretch. I don't want to drive that far north, especially if there's no action.

The reason one is illegal and the other is not is because the American people want it that way. You'd think in a city like San Francisco where the gay population is huge and they are always complaining that what two consenting adults do with each other should be their own business would have legalized prostitution. Yet there were a lot of gay groups who went on record as being against it. In arguably the most liberal city in the country with the most gays, they voted the proposition down by a huge 60 to 40 margin.

That is very telling. If prostitution can't be decriminalized in San Francisco (and not even close) forget about it ever being legal elsewhere.
