So I saw the post about wellness and it peaked my interest. I did some research and found the number and location on York rd. I text the number and we chatted. Least not in my experience. I don't think it was a shill post though. The details you posted all fit with what people have experienced there (not always going to get CIM but I did the last time I went as well -not with Yoko though. Plus there is a legit spa also on York Road outside of the city (in Towson) that is also Wellness. So there have been a number of confused / confusing reports. To add to confusion the legit spa is right next to the space that used to have a 'fun spa' (thankfully called Towson Spa. Not Wellness) in it that closed years ago.
I would have thought you had a lot better options close by in Philadelphia. That is my impression anyway (is that not the case).

There are two clear discrepancies here about these meets with Yoko at Wellness in the city on York. 1.) there are no sinks to spit in in any of the rooms at the location Yoko works out of and 2.) there are also no beds.
I would say the kind of service described is clearly possible, but those two facts don't add up there. There have been three of the same operator locations closed to date most recently last week on Harford Road down the block from the other Harford location that was closed several months ago in the County. The third was Wilkins.
