They've been used in ads in Minneapolis, Miami, Long Island, Orlando, Las Vegas, etc, and all with different phone numbers attached.
Then search the phone number on the ad. It's linked to several different ads with pictures of a different girl in each one. Whoever is posting the ad definitely isn't the girl in the pictures.
If a provider really looks that good, there's no way she would be posting on Backpage, especially the Backpage of today. You would be more likely to find someone who looks like her on Seeking Arrangements or another low-key site like that.
