Sunflower is about 100 yarfs outside of the Loveland City limits in Symmes Twp, which would be patrolled by HCSO. And being there at 5:00 am doesn't make much sense since Sunflower doesn't open until like 9 or 10.

Finished work early today. Saw the place in Dimmick Plaza had the open sign on again. I had enjoyed my last visit with Cindy so I decided to stop by.
