Several times over someone will post here and out a provider as bad, rip off, etc. And a little while later the BP ad will disappear as in busted better come up with another angle.

My search here on that number came up with a sorry, nothing found reply so I did a Google and read through about 10 or so different review sites and posts about the number.
There were many positive reviews, but just as many spoke about it being a number being used. In cases that are so drastically mixed, I err on the side of caution.
