Have any of you guys ever been told by a SW, that they were the victim of an attack in the last 3 or 4 years? Have any of them told you about any particular dates that they are afraid of or that they try to avoid? I'm working on something right now and it seems that 3 women murdered in the past 4 years were often seen in the Florida Mall / Kmart area as well as the vicinity of Oak Ridge and OBT in the days before they were found. Another victim was found off Boggy Creek and was last seen after she was released from the Osceola Jail. She was also known to hang out by the Kmart. This was back in 2007.
Spotted a long-legged blond WSW on OBT between FL mall and FL Turnpike entrance. Anyone know anything? She looks TGTBT.

There are two LEO petrols at a clear view from the drivers at different traffic lights. So, that the mongers would see the patrol and would not stop a and pick up a provider. So, in that area the providers are boxed in. So, an under cover LEO in another car goes and pick up the providers.

OBT was dead and le everywhere, took a drive to lee and edgewater. Picked up Dani on the back roads off edgewater and started a CBS for. 3. Good skill and playing with dd's and shave pussy. She stops and says "I'm horny, lets fuck". Ended up with a half and half with no extra charge. Got digits for senior members. Stay safe.

After all, we consider them a valuable resource and would not want to see any of them hurt, much less murdered. If we divulge any information which asists you and your LE friends in apprehending culprits, will you share the rewards? Thanks for your service officer.

I can't remember the exact year, but sometime in the mid 80's a guy in Gainesville was with his girl in a car doing what comes naturally when all of a sudden The Man approaches with weapon pulled and arrests them both for public exposure, lewd and lascivious behavior, and solicitation. Both pleaded not guilty and were subsequently convicted on all three charges. The guy's attorney filed an appeal based on privacy and 4th amendment issues. Ultimately it went all the way to the The Florida Supreme court who unanimously overturned the convictions and in their decision they considered the vehicle an extension of his home because he'd put a sunscreen in the front window and the rest of his windows were tinted, therefore he had a reasonable expectation of privacy. As far as a person walking up to you and photographing or taking video, you'd probably be able to go after them if they posted the images somewhere. But I doubt someone would risk an ass kicking and actually do this. I've known other PI's in the past who have been arrested for videotaping a subject through their residence windows, even though it was visible from a public vantage point. It's a very precarious situation. One last thing: Florida Statutes, Chapter 493 covers Private Investigation. In that chapter it clearly states that ANYONE, other than in house investigators (those that work for a company like a loss prevention officer in a retail store, investigator for human resources for back ground checks or investigators for lawyers, etc.) or journalists, must be licensed to conduct investigations. Go to the Florida Division of Licensing an look at the bi-annual newsletter. They list the violations and you'll see dozens and dozens of people who were fined as much as 10, 000 dollars for conducting unlicensed activities defined in the chapter.
Here is a tip for you guys, Last evening around 6:00 pm I had a flat on my van at the corner of Bennett Road and Park Lake Street. While I was changing tires, I spied a WSW in the walking from Park lake to the grassy median thumbing a ride. After a few minutes, she gave up and as I was getting back in my vehicle, she approached me and asked for a ride. I don't normally give people rides, but she said she was going to Big Daddy's on Corrine. Since It's literally a quarter of a mile from where I live, I acquiesced. On the way, out of nowhere, she asks if I'm looking for a date and goes into what she has to offer. I told her no thanks and dropped her off at the bar. Anyway, she's early 20's about 5'2", maybe 110 with dishwater blonde hair. She was dressed very well in jeans and a baby doll top. No bra and busty. She was pleasant and sober. I don't know where she lives, but she said she was a regular at Big Daddy's, so I'm thinking she must work the area.
