You have received this message because as a site we are fully functional. Account features, publishing and reading reviews, and, discussion boards, are all available to and for unblocked users.
We indent to come back online in the USA As soon as our legal team tells us our plans address the new law. TER has never offered advice regarding VPNs and will not do so now.

I read one of another provider I've seen and the description of the girl matched. Including things that most wouldn't find appealing. But different services were involved so I couldn't completely vouch for it.
I'm not saying the reviews are all correct, though. No way to ensure that at any site.

About a dozen of them were taken and posted to providers in them. I don't know if this was some kind of collaboration or if they just took them (my guess is the later). Also, under my TER 'handle' was a review or a provider that I never saw or heard of.
I don't know much about them other than it's a resource, and with what's been going on lately resources are limited and hard to come by. If you write a review and it gets approved, you get a week of premium access, so I play their game but I'm not sending them any $$$ (P411 is the only site that I've ever paid to join). In this day and age with all the review sites going away, TER, ECCIE, just to name a couple, I'll take what I can get. I also enjoy this site and have gotten and given some wonderful and honest information on the boards and via PM's.

I believe you can also bring your own phone if you want.

If you don't want to carry 2 phones, there's an app called Burner available for iPhone (and Android, I think). Nice feature is that the app has a secondary built-in PIN. So just because someone gets access to your phone doesn't mean they have access to your burner. Talk and text. Reasonably priced (either monthly / annual subscription or pay as you go).
