If it's on the table, there might be some negotiation to get your price up, but hold firm. The worst you'll see is an HE (if you got it before.). Some do, some don't, all have heard the ask before.
At legit places that have extended beyond a legit massage, I am a bit more sensitive to the situation and quietly ask for more in a "that feels so good, can we do. " and have had mixed results but never a direct ask for cash. Though I leave a better than AMP tip.

Stopped by this place yesterday around noon and had an enjoyable experience. All the info reported previously is still fairly accurate.
