Each entry opens with the date / time / place of the meeting and usually it contains the phone number they used, a description of the provider and a rough outline of what was offered plus a general rating of the experience. It's a good database to check out if I see an ad that looks like someone I've visited so I can remember the good ones, and (hopefully) avoid the bad ones. I don't keep many pictures because I don't take a camera / smart phone with me (nor much else that I don't need so there is that much that might "accidentally" disappear). For myself, I'd recommend mongers keep something similar hidden on thier computer or in one of the newer 'cloud-based' storage solutions for the same reason. Just MHO.

And while I won't as far as saying trading sex for $ is a skill, it takes a strong or broken mindset to be able to go through the next day. You should just count yourself lucky that you got her for free and got to know the real her. I don't know if you are turned on by this new fact or disgusted, but it is more about you and what you choose to believe than what she actually says.
