Sometimes, they don't care because most of these bars have girls walking in from other bars. I think by doing this, it helps change the scene because you get the chance to see girls from other hostess bars that you don't normally see. Plus, the bars benefit as they making the profit from guys buying the girls drinks. If a BG is slow and noone buying her drinks, she might as well try her luck with another hostess bar.
I would see girls from Camelot go next door to Moonflowers since its right next door. Girls would also go to Evergreens or Napa Valleys because these two bars open till 4. Girls cum and go at a hostess bar. You can see a new face one night only to find out later she's gone. The quality of girls these days cannot compare to the girls back years ago. Only obvious as you can see why most of these bars are slow. No real incentive to go.

What a girl used to do when her bar was slow was claim to be sick while trying out another bar. The risk was pissing their ms off which they didn't want to do, just in case they needed to come back. These days now that most all bars are slow and poorly staffed anyway, these types of moves happen more frequently and the girl will skip around in the very same night, as you guys have seen.
Also, what Uki says is a big factor.
Some girls, though, have their wings clipped and are under strict agreement with the ms. A lot of them live in ms's property or even with ms, so they are expected to report to work nightly at that bar only, or else.

The purpose is for benefit reasons such as insurance, housing, etc. Of course in this day and age those things are probably rare. Most mamas if their bar closes at 2 will allow their girls to move on to a 4 bar after. The girls you sat with probably were new to the bar scene and were just feeling out different establishments before they stick to one place. The confusing thing is sometimes I would see Miki at Evergreen kicking out girls, specifically local girls too. Never understood why she does that, probably just crazy.

Went to Green Tea ISO the MILF Wn5912 saw, but there are a few of them and they were all busy and I didn't feel like asking the bartender. There was a kinda hot (especially for Kalihi) 20-something (maybe early 30's, lots of makeup) but she was with a Korean customer. Her drink was almost full and over a half hour later the same drink was still half full, so I said never mind and left. Easy to spot as she's the youngest one there by a good margin.
Isis was dead with old ladies but there was one kinda hot 30-something (not Yujin), but she was dressed businesslike rather than sexy and she was eating and seemed to not want to be bothered.
Tried Tahoe since I missed their lingerie night, but only saw chronic-looking locals. Left wondering if the k-women were gone, or how the heck could they have had such a night. Then tried Something (formerly C'est La Vie) , hoping maybe it was another Chinese bar, but it's a kbar and there was only one 40+ hostess and her customer, the sole customer.
Said screw it and went to Makaloa. Same old same old, but Maya's was packed and Moonflower had one AMP-grade girl. Tall, slim and leggy with really white skin. Hanabi also had a couple girls who looks-wise would fit in at say, Ichiban or Nirvana. Too bad mentally none of them would be up for that kind of work though.
Went to Olivia's tuesdaynight and. Saw skinning girl with long black hair that I never seen befor. Can't really tell in my drunken state if she is young or old. The was busy as all the seat was taken.

What I want to know is why is the mirror in the restroom tinted. The only person I knew working in there was Candy from Cheers Station and the pupus that night was fried chicken. Some girls get pay to stay at the bar from 6 to 12 sometimes. So they have to stay even if it is slow. The ones that don't get pay can go anywhere they want just as long as they have there card. Either way mama makes money if a girl comes from a different car cause the guy is buying his drink and the girl drink. So she makes from the girl $5 and from the beer. Better then nothing for the mama.

Maya, I know you read this forum. If you go to Evergreen, expect to lose your top girls. They will all leave and go to another KB. I know this because at least 7-8 have told me they will quit if this happens. The girls do not want to be forced to work until 4am. They like Evergreen and Napa for the option should they have a good customer that wants to keep buying them drinks after 2am but don't want to be forced to stay until that time every single night. I say if Maya takes over Evergreen, she will fail miserably. Places like Evergreen and Napa only make $$$ after 2am when the other KBs close. So your window is only 2 hours and random depending on whether or not girls from other bars come. I say stay with a sure thing. Right now Maya's is the overall top spot. I would hate to see it go from 1st to worst overnight. Don't get greedy! A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the Bush. Remember I always say that a little of something is better than a "ton" of nothing. Besides, Evergreen (the bar itself) is a rat infested dump.
