I got this girl (or ad) banned - "Kit"
About two weeks ago I contacted the person running an ad on SkipTheGames that called herself "Kit". I'm attaching the pictures that she had in her ad.
I now know that I made the mistake of sending her a $50 deposit.
Of course she never came.
So I contacted [blue][Deleted by Admin][/blue]
I have to say, I was SUPER impressed with how quick I got a response (on a Sunday, no less) and how fast they banned all of the ads posted by this person.
Here is the reply email from SkipTheGames:
"I'm sorry this happened to you. From our end this account doesn't look like an obvious fraud (long time user, iphone and mobile data ips). I think this user may have just flaked out on you.
What I've done is deleted the user's account and banned their phone number. If you see this user posting again (if it is a scammer, they may try to sign up for another account with a different number), I would appreciate it if you could reply to this email with a link and I'll remove them again.
I would also advise reading our guide, in particular the part about verifying users and what they look like (eg: get her to send you a photo of her with 3 fingers in the air or something, so you know the photo was just taken and is genuine). Thanks for sending this in and helping out the community.
P.S., we've had several instances in the past where genuine girls, once they are removed from the site, have had bad things happen to them, and send the guy back their money, and give him a discount etc on a session to prove that they are genuine (phone robbed, car broken down etc). If the female contacts you in this regard, please let me know and I'll allow her back on the site. As mentioned, the account does look genuine to me, so I don't think it's a typical scammer.
Regards".
So, if you do get scammed from anyone from that particular website, be sure to email to [EMAIL]abuse@skipthegames.com[/EMAIL] with all info. Description, link to the ad, any screenshots of any deposit sent if there is one, etc.
Lesson learned, but the site does want to get these fake ads off of there!

Anyone know if this girl is real? Her ad does not give a name.
She doesn't give a name, but she listed today on STG.
I'm posting her pics here.
Her ad says: "Invest in something that's ready to.
💥booom💥.
I'm ready for something different I'm expanding my work to house cleaning and minor maintenance and I have a variety of house keepers available!
Until then let's have some fun!
Has anyone seen her?
Her phone number is a 313 area code, so that is a yellow flag.
Anyone?

My favorite regular called me crying Saturday morning with a story of this, client came for an overnight and on the way out the door said "hey that's in your wallet" and left. She didn't check until she got home and realized it wasn't there, and hasn't gotten a response back. Obviously idk how true this is, but I do know she's an amazing person trying really hard to make something of herself. She gave me a name how good it is I'm not sure but if your nice car Dave please get ahold of me.
