I've shopped all over the country for decades. I don't always partake but I've seen the pattern. Step 1 - drive the girls off the street. Step 2 - set up decoys and get the johns. Why don't these cities just allow a red light district and police it like they do in Europe? I've been there too. Nobody hassles the prostitutes in St. Denis (Paris): there is a bond there.
