Either stop cheating or stop the relationship. You can't have both and ask for advice on how to avoid literally the one emotional response you have that is honest and trying to tell you this isn't what you should be doing. Other people here cheat on their partners too, but at least they're not then here openly angsting about it. I'm not telling you this to make fun of you, I'm being harshly serious. Cheating isn't about having sex; it's about the lying / hiding it.
You either need to realize that you just have to live with the guilt, or stop one of the things that's putting you in the position where you feel it. There's no other option that gives you a get-out-of-guilt card for your conscience. If you want to still sleep around, then I guess guilt is the surcharge added to your admission to the playpen.
