A FB search shows there is indeed a lady named Tamara with the same selfies as the ones in the ad. The tattoos in her FB profile match the pics in the ad. I'm skeptical, but it looks like she has an OF as well. My instinct says that this could be a prank by someone who has her number, considering how easy it was to find her and it's her real number. Proceed with caution.

I checked it out (quick search), and it is a pretty new OF, with " less than 10" subscribers (according to the site I used to search for the OF).
