If you watched the Olympics you saw them on Michael Phelps. It works great if done correctly, but not sure about lasting only a day. Depending on where some took a few days to fully disappear.

Not a big deal if the session was better. Again, she 's nice but a non repeater for me. Just one dudes opinion.

When a muscle is sore and tight it is because blood gets trapped in the tissue.
