These other places are still providing HE but doing smart things like putting massage licenses on the walls as well as signs to "fool" LE. Lily should've done this as well instead of doing a complete 180.

Even though they change, the quality is pretty consistent. It is very YMMV based on the girl. The house fee is 80 as compared 70 at Heavenly feel / feet up the street. I think Ivy is run better as a business- no issues, consistent. At heavenly I have heard the girls yelling each other and the dude that runs the place will over book and they try to push a different girl than the one you booked. I have been told by someone I know that the older girl working there might have more to offer, but I'm not in the market for anything she has to offer.
