Some of the streets along Western-like Gage for example-are wide avenues rather than the small side streets that are residential. I usually will have the girl come as close to the street and Western as possible (at the same time looking out for LEO. Try to avoid turning down or going to far down residential streets. Vice out around 4-5 am this morning. Be&W had several cars pulled over up and down western. Vice was using 3 undercover vehicles at the same time, two cars and a van.
