I do sometimes see something of interested 1 block East of Bloomington on the South side of Lake but most just sit there, not interested in finding a monger.

As far as the cops, I can see Memorial Day attracting a big presence, but honestly since the GF riots, I hardly see cops out at all most times I've been out, at least not at the level I was seeing before GF.

I was out on Lake last night for a bit after the bar, could easily see some fellow mongers that were working hard to find something decent amongst the chaf. Based on the number of times I drove by the same vehicles, it was easy to see the fishermen were getting little action on their rods, at least I'm not alone. Yes there were fish, but none that fit the catch-and-release guidelines.

I wish I could lower my expectation level, but then I see some pics posted here of other cities and get discouraged.

Thanks![/QUOTE]BDG, Mpls street scene is pretty dead and inconsistent compared to other big cities like LA, Seattle, Orlando. There can be some random gems, but typically you'll probably have to lower your expectations. The best areas IMHO are East Lake Street from 35 W and going East until you hit Cedar Ave, this will be your #1 option. The side streets used to have a lot of action but it's been very lean this last year. You can also try Bloomington up to Franklin but I consider those lower quality spots.

Hope this helps, and you find something you'll tell us how it went.

Yeah the late 2000's when I started was a lot different, lots different than today with the internet and other things.

But RB I agree, was in Phoenix a month ago and several hot women on 27th.
