He starts asking me where I work and starts filming me with his phone and tells me she is underage. I tell him that the ad specifically stated her age (which was legal). Like they were trying to get some additional leverage on me so I wouldn't report anything. Obviously when she went to the bathroom earlier she texted them to let them know where we are at with their robbery plot.

So I'm finally allowed to get fully dressed and I leave and was so pissed that I wanted to call the cops to report an armed robbery. I assume they probably left the address. I know its stupid but when you get a gun pulled on you, I'd almost be willing to take the charge from calling the ad so I could possibly get to see the 3 of them charged with armed robbery. I assume this scam will continue and no one reports it either, just chalk up the loss vs reporting the armed robbery and having the charge on your record (which I know wouldn't look great in my professional field ooorah). I am a concealed carry holder and thankfully I didn't bring it with me. One reason I also decided not to bring it with me was if this was a LEO, that wouldn't do good for my license I am sure. Thankfully I did not have it with me since the thugs would have taken it and who knows what crimes my gun could be used in. In retrospect, I should have made sure the door was locked before. But who knows, in the next scam there will be 2 armed guys in the closet or behind a shower drape that will come out. They also asked for the face pic I think as leverage, so that you would just take the $$ loss and not report an armed robbery, as those items would be embarrassing and implicate you for responding to the ad.
