Or, perhaps, their ad that said "under new mgmt", meant they were having oeprational issues and new mgmt couldn't turn things around. Their service and selection really fell off last Fall IMO.

Also, there's been a couple reports of LE / Govt vehicles around here too, and the location is at the end of a parking lot that could easily be blocked off by a single cop car.
