First off sorry I haven't posted in awhile been out of town on bussiness. Never strayed away from the site though, seen there was a lot of new girls walking in flint so when I first got back to town I had to hit the eastside. I'm not a violent guy but if it comes down to it ill protect myself. I keep remebering about 3 years ago about the guy who was killed down by 6 mile and woodward and the whole debacle with the SP at that hotel parking lot a year and a half ago. Always be safe.

Had a car date with Laura a few nights ago, around 11 pm. She hangs at leith & minnesota and also around the burned out building on franklin. (to me) She sniffed a couple of times and then took a good look at what all I might have in my car. I decided it was a bad idea and told her to forget it. I was very careful what I said to her, I know how a sting can work. I pulled away and was instantly surrounded by 3 or 4 police cars. (it's pretty confusing when you're being yelled at over a loud speaker with guns drawn on you) The call it a felony stop which means guns drawn, me laying face down on the pavement, etc. She of course was an undercover cop and said I asked her for things that I didn't. They made me empty my car and towed it and then left me on the side of the road with a ticket and all of my stuff. It's very simple, it's called nuisance abatement and is widely abused. I had two choices, plead guilty and pay the $1000. 00 fine, towing and impound fees or fight it. If you fight it they keep your car until you go to court which can be months. If you lose they keep your car. My point is this, the best thing of it all was I didn't have a weapon. It's just an opinon and I'm not judging anyone. I am however glad all my mistake cost me was the $1000. 00 fine, the $500. 00 attorney fee (guilty plea with a peroid of advisement and after six months it went away) plus the $300. 00 towing and impound fee. They won't let you pick your car up for 72 hours. I'm really glad there wasn't a weapons charge in there too. I hate it when I post on a forum and someone attacks me, I'm not doing that to anyone. I think you have to make your own decisions, this is just my story. Be safe out there.
