I guess that is why I NEVER deal with Escorts. You don't know what you got until you get their, and if you made the deal by phone or Internet, and it's a sting, they got ya........ no different then if you make a deal with a decoy on the street before she gets in your car! I won't even go to a girls room unless I know her really well (and even then i usually decline).

I also think we may have a weasel or two here on this board that was promoting this sting.....

Robert Handmaker, 44, owner of Cruiser's Grill in Jacksonville Beach, was arrested Monday after police said he offered the undercover officer $75 to put on a pair of underwear he brought with him and masturbate.

Handmaker told the Times-Union on Thursday night he responded to a Craigslist ad for a girl named "Courtney," who said she'd be in Jacksonville from Tampa for a few days. But he said he did "not solicit anyone for sex" and denied all the charges.

According to police reports, other men responded to ads in the erotic listings on Craigslist.

Other men charged in the sting include: ..............................

Whew, close call!

I was going to go see Courtney Weds. night... I didn't confirm via email, but called her as I was driving. She said she was about to pack up for the night because they were heading out soon and declined my business. She said she was at a hotel by the Cracker Barrel at JTB.

BTW... nothing in Sin City that night, Phillips I saw a few BSW and WSW, nothing amazing. I picked up "Ashley", a BSW. I think she was honest, but she wanted to be taken care of up front (.4 for BBBJCIMWS) and I get ripped every time I do that, so I dropped her back off at the curb.

I settled for someone I'd picked up before, a WSW named Dana who hangs out on Main. I actually probably wouldn't have picked her up if I'd realized who she was at first... last time her attitude was lacking. But she remembered me and did much better this time. We didn't discuss fee at all beforehand, after a BBBJCIMWS she received .4 for a good job and attitude.

Just read the full article in the Times Union. Pretty interesting. It smacks of entrapement, post a bogus ad on CL and then come on here claiming a lady is legit. Whats real interesting is that I looked at Stiff E's past posts....given what is known now. Amazing the lengths LEO will go to.......

I saw Courtney's add. It didn't show her face :Courtney in Jax - w4m - 23 (incall) pic. Most CL users will show their face and a complete body shot with some skin. The commercial photos are fakes and people should watch out. IF the picture looks to good to be true then a red flag should go off.

Thank god the heavy hitters on this board didn't get hit!

Valid Point. A few others picked up on that ad a few days ago. Luckily for us, we didnt get a free ride downtown. The pic looked too good to be true. We all need to watch out for these posers. Be careful what you say in emails when responded to ads. It's time to get back to the regulars. Be safe fellas!

Well guys it's unfortunate that some mongers didn't think with the correct head.

Now I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but when it just don't feel right move on! An experienced monger will agree with this policy.

I agree with the point made about incall, I hate it. I would rather have someone come to me. I feel I have better control of the situation if they come to my playground rather than me go to theirs. And remember, you must always control the situation. Same scenario as a SW that wants to take you to a "Spot". Always control the situation.

One other red flag that got me on this Courtney deal was when I asked what admission was it was very low for someone of that caliber in the picture. Never discussed sex or sex acts or anything close. All I inquired about was an admission charge.

Oh well, we live and learn.

Sounds to me like basically all this Handmaker guy did was offered $75 for this "Courtney" to model for him. Hell, I think with all the law training I have (all of it straight from my TV), he should walk free.

On a another note... we all should go to his restaurant and support him by buying a few meals there. I'm sure he has been through hell. I really think we should make an effort to support this guy by eating at his place.

There will be plenty of people in this town that will avoid his place because they think he has done some bad crime. Let's fight JSOs efforts to put this man out of business.

Good point Raynman,
LEO built a history here. This is really sad. I really wish LEO would put forth the same effort to fight crime as they do to fight and restrict people's natural urges.

Yes, there are some good cops in Jacksonville, I know some. It is sad that there are people in this town with a badge that think that when they do stuff like this entrapment, they are doing is "good" and "the right thing".

I've been reading reports here off and on for sometime and I figured its about time I started posting some info.

Lane Ave area this morning 0730-0900

I was early for work this morning, had to drop someone at the airport, so I figured I'd burn up some gas and maybe find someone who needed a little bus money.

Saw two wsw near the Hess at I-10. They were asking for someone to give them "just a ride" but it was quite obvious what was up. One was VERY thin blonde and cracked or methed out, the other was actually dressed pretty decent and had a little more weight one her, also blonde. They were scooped up before I could offer any assistance.

A little more cruising and I came across two wsw on the cross street behind the motel and truck driver training lot. They were both pretty messed up and flashing cars trying to get some attention. I decided to pass on them as I didn't need any crack drama that early.

Went over Cassat and on down to Nelson saw a VERY attractive Brunette who looked very out of place carrying an overnite bag and trying to get a ride. She was attracting a TON of attention for 0830 in the morning and was promptly picked up and whisked away.

Did not see much LEO the occasion Trooper on his was to I 10 but aside from that it was pretty open.

It is an easy job and a safe job. You always hear how dangerous it is being a cop. Baloney. Construction work is far more dangerous than being a cop.

Cops that work vice know that it is all a bunch of bulls##t. They know they don't make a difference. They don't have any illusions that they are doing "the right thing. " That's why vice cops have such high rates of divorce and alcoholism. Just imagine how worthless and pathetic you would feel if your "profession" was arresting single mothers trying to support their families.

I finally ran into Courtney off 63rd st a few days ago and I must say she is the best looking SW i think i have ever seen in Jax.

The current detour is on my way home and it must have been fate to have seen her there as I go that way several times a week and have never seen her out.. We rode around a bit and handled our business within the time frame I had. I wanted to see her again later that night and she gave me a phone # to where she was staying. I didn't get a chance to get out that evening and waited a few days before i tried to call the #. Older male answers the phone now and said he hasn't seen her in a few days. Anyone seen here lately?
