FYI. I've heard of one STD called NGU (Non-Gonococcal Urethritis) is a bacterial infection of the urethra. Symptoms are burning and itching inside the tip of your wiener. It is curable with one dose 1000 mg Zithromax antibiotic. I know a guy who encountered this about 2 or 3 times in 20 years of hobbying.

Not sure if these are reported or tracked but the health dept offers confidential and free treatment.

What happened to me is the now (ex) wife came home pissed because she had found out from her doctor she had gonnarhea so I went to an emergency clinic and told them I didn't have any symptoms but I had been told by a sex partner she did so they just wrote me a prescription for a pill and I didn't even have to take a test. It's been a few years back so don't remember the drug might have been ciphro and they gave me a 10 day penicillin also for chlamedia which often goes along with STDs. Haven't skipped a beat since.
