I got the doc recommendation from a friend, but not for this. More for general muscle recovery. Thanks for chiming in guys!

Most here seem to just try to sell you onto taking a statin every day for the rest of your life, in lieu of making any real and beneficial changes to your life in order to improve your health. It took a doctor in Bangkok that I saw on a whim to set me into the course that I'm on now.

(1) Increase pre-session excitement by watching whatever type of porn you most enjoy.
(2) Choose a woman who's patient, relaxed, and understanding about old age.
(3) Take your Viagra or Levitra on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, and make sure it's had adequate time to become its most effective.
(4) If the woman's pussy is too tight, lubricate it and gently and gradually expand it with one or more fingers.

They have custom compounds as well as injection to give you a Baseball bat even if you old man like me.
Going come to one point when nothing going really help, meds-wise. Have spoken to two bruddahs who regretted not doing the implant, surgical route, which requires a trip to one urologist for safest diagnosis, options, etc. Of course, get other alternatives which may suit your personal and price points.

But I do appreciate the suggestion.
