No way they have green cards and are licensed as massage therapists.

The more likely scenario is that INS is simply not enforcing immigration law per Obama's executive actions.

My point is that I do not believe that INS will be spending much time on Blue Angel. The most compelling issue may be the HOA for Kukui Plaza not liking it. But, other than that, I don't see that location being any more or less risky than any other AMP in Honolulu.

If there is a "network" and it is "shuffling them around" wouldn't that, at minimum, indicate "exploitation"? I'm thinking Hawaii is not as immune as you may think.
