I was being a selfish asshole for a while with this place. Sorry if I’m ruining this hidden gem for anyone else; just trying to do the right thing and earn some street cred by putting in work.
Took one for the team and tried it out a while ago. It’s a primo location for me.
Parking is discreet and off the street. 60hhr, 70hr. Each girl has been a little different on price but it’s same as RS and all the others for FS.
You assholes better stay away from Julie though, I’m gonna marry that girl. Stay away. Seriously - I’ve had to go see her more than once a day. She’s a treat.
Read the board and decided to give Seven a try today. The building and the area leave a lot to be desired but the inside of the spa it was actually very nice warm and cozy. Didn't call ahead so took my chances. The mamasan was friendly and asked if I had been there before. I said it's not my first time but it's been a while, I figured that was worth a shot. Clara was who I got, she is petite and has blonde hair, cute face, the body was a little softer than I like but she was pleasant. Table shower was so so and put into the sauna for 5 minutes afterwards. Once back in the room got an average massage with back walking. On the flip she asked what I want and I said everything, she asked for payment up front so I headed over seven 20's and off came the dress and on went the Jimmy cap for covered oral and coocjoe action. She was a bit mechanical and I actually couldn't even finish, although she tried multiple positions and variations but it wasn't meant to be there. I'm hoping I just didn't get the best of the best there and will try again. I did use the elevator instead of the stairs as suggested on the board. When I left I was shown the stairs by mamasan.

If I recall correctly, it used to be called HM Acupressure or Pandora Spa and maybe other names on RM. It would seem to be a convenient location just off the beltway. There have been zero recent reviews, which makes me suspicious of this one glowing review. Does anyone else have experience here?

It's literally right at the Rt 1 exit off the Beltway at College Park. Parking is not convenient at all, nor is the physical location. If you get off in any direction, you have to do a bunch of you-turns just to get to the building. The Greenbelt AMPs are the next exit south on the Beltway (Rt. 201).
BTW, they are always having "grand openings"...

It has changed names and owners several times since then, and service has been mostly average to bad. I'd be thrilled if it turned around and was good again.

Yes you have to know where you are going or you'll miss it. 😉 😉 Yes the spot is behind the building and kinda isolated. 😉. Yes it's not winning a popularity contest or getting much attention here 😉. Stay away please if you don't like a small like spot with big time young talent. Me, I like the small biz feeling, knowing the lady at the front door and being introduced to new pretty faces. 😍 Nothing here though, fellas. Stay yo ass in Greenbelt. 🤣.

My provider wasn't young. But I did see a young cute one on my way out. The service here is better than most of the places in Greenbelt. I'll leave it at that.
