I do some sports that require hauling equipment around (um, I mean besides this hobby), so I take the back seats out then I just have a futon back there. Comfy and functional. Not only do I like it but the SW's seem to like it as well. Tinted windows or some curtains help or those sun shield things can work.

Get a good Florida tint on the windows and most importantly a light tint on the windshield. The semi autonomous self-driving will do a great job of driving the car for you on a rolling car date and you can go to one of the St Pete or Clearwater supercharger parking lots and have a totally plausible excuse for just hanging out in your car.
