But, if you're logged into several accounts at the same time and each user login has an app running, then it can slow the PC down. Log off the other unused accounts so it closes the apps that are running and you're logged into 1 account. If you switch user, it doesn't log out the user account and the apps (if open) will still be running.

I've recently been browsing some of the webcam sites. And here's my overall impression: I'm astonished at how much some guys are spending on a nightly basis to get cozy with a girl they will never meet. They feel safer being behind the computer because the females they see /chat with online don't know how they look like. They can remain hidden behind the pc. Plus, a person behind a pc can be more gutsy to say things online as oppose to saying it in person.
