Also there are state funds available to help LE clean up actual sex slave activity, which of course includes pimps. But let's be honest here, LE is always under pressure from citizens about prostitution in their neighborhoods, and from activist groups, and from prosecutors looking to make big scores. The pigs and the prosecutors only care about maintaining their upper class lives and if enough people were to improve their lives they would fear for their jobs because there would be no need for their positions anymore.
