Cruised Newmarket last night around midnight. Spotted a thick, blonde PAWG on Mass Ave. Had to go around the block and she was waiting at the corner. She jumped in, said her name was Caroline. The area is very touristy. If you have a rental car, you'll have to drive a couple of miles to the areas frequented by SWS. Dorchester Ave, Newmarket Square (NOT Haymarket Square), and the more seedier areas of Blue Hill Avenue and Codman Square. Best times are at dusk, just my opinion. Also the area of Chelsea, Mass, which is over the Tobin Bridge from where your staying is worth a shot. Check out the Chelsea section in the 'Other areas' section of the Massachusetts board. If your feeling really adventurous and want to go outside the Boston area, check the Brockton and Lowell Mass forums. Hope this helps. I may have left out some info, so I do apologize.

I checked Paige's facebook, and she does have a relative named Caroline, but she's dyed blonde and looks to be a civie. In my experience her enthusiasm varies with medication level, much like many other girls. She does consistently put in good effort though (at least for me), but sometimes she'll really get into it.
