For me there's no "hard and fast rule" about waiting. Rather, it depends upon the particular circumstances of each situation. For example, is the woman an AMP provider who's already present at the AMP, or a drug-using streetwalker who may never show up? Does the provider have a record of reliability, or a history of failing to keep appointments? How strong is my desire to be with this specific provider? Do I have lots of time or am I on a tight schedule? Is there something interesting and / or productive to do while I'm waiting?
