In addition to the things you mention growing tired of, I am fed up with the "get me off and get me out of there asap" mentality. While Jim is right about most of these girls, I have come across a few in years gone by who, in spite of the bad circumstances or bad choices that thrust them into this profession, were not bad people. They were kind, caring, and gave me more than just an orgasm as quickly as possible.
