When I asked about her menus, she said no Greek or BBFS. We agreed for hhr at 6 pm and she asked me to text her for the room # when I arrive. Everything seemed easy up to this point. After work, I drove from downtown to her hotel on 28th St on the SE side of town. However, when I sent a text upon arrival, she sent a text back and asked me to call. So I called and then she asked for my race! When I said AA, she did not say anything else and hang up the phone. I sent a text to ask whether she needed more time to prepare or she will not see me because of my race and never hear back from her. I sat there for another 10 min and then drove away.

And now my venting; I perfectly understand when someone indicates in her Ad that she doesn't see AA clients. However, I did not see any such thing on hers. Obviously, she and everyone else has a right to decide who they want to see etc, but it is very unprofessional for someone to behave like the way she did today. I am a highly educated professional, like most of us on this forum, except that I happen to be AA and a hobbyist. I can't hide or ran away from that fact, so I peruse Ads closely before I contact someone for an appointment. This is the first time someone has been this rude to me, and I have seen a lot of people in different cities and states in the 12 yrs that I have been in this hobby. It is very sad when race continues to permeate every aspect of our life in the 21st century.

Thanks for reporting back. Sorry to hear about your experience. Pretty classless act by her. How hard would it be for her to just say sorry I don't see AA. Instead she just hangs up. I would be pissed too. She is not off to a good start in GR!
