The advice I was given paid off- text them your full name, any verification agencies you belong to such as RS2 K, even a business card pic of you have one. Once I did that they responded with the full menu of ladies available that day.

Persistence paid off for me. Took 5-6 texts over the course of a month and finally got a response.

It sounds to me that they want some type of verification that you are not LEO. Not necessarily an agency but some personal information may be helpful. I know many in this hobby do not want to give this information out but that may limit your resources.
