Streetwalker Reports

I went out for about an hour and a half Saturday evening. I thought maybe I could snare an SW, but I ended-up mostly watching instead. First pass from 145th to 105th yielded zero girls. Zero. They were all south of 105th, with most of those being south of 100th down to 90th. Maybe a handful of girls out there in total. Not many to my liking so I parked and watched for a good while to see if the market improved. I watched a nice brunette spinner SW with a great body standing alone on a corner for quite a while, I counted eight cars approach and talk with her and all of them drove away without a deal. Earlier I had considered approaching her but changed my mind after I saw so many guys drive away. Most definitely wasn't going to be offering the service I like. I very quickly did a uturn and by the time I got turned-around she was already gone. I parked and watched again for a while up near the 100 blocks but nothing had changed. I watched a guy stop and talk to the brunette spinner right on the corner of Aurora, SPD drove by and looked at them, turned-around and then parked literally right in front of them and sat there. The guy got the hint and drove away, the girl booked it to the next corner. There seemed to be more police south of 105th than there were up north. I think the girls have figured-out that going south at night is better, or at least it was.

I went back north and this time things had changed, there were girls standing-out in front of the motels waving at traffic complete with two SPD parked right across the street, a few girls up near KK and one nice looker in a miniskirt at 137th. I quickly got turned-around to talk with the girl at 137th and she was gone in the time it took for me to get turned around. She looked very familiar but I didn't get a lot of time to gander at her so who knows. Thinking things weren't really going to improve, I headed home. But it was good to sit and watch for a while, I don't really do a lot of that these days.

Somebody was driving around and throwing firecrackers out their window onto street corners south of 105th. Really annoying.

Seemed to be quite a few girls out last night. Police presence not as heavy but they were still there lurking. Again, most SWs don't seem to care about the police so they just stand right out there. I spotted brunette Jessica down by 95th, some of you old-timers have probably met her over the years, little too worn for me these days so I pass on her, also some other old-time older local SWs I haven't seen in quite a while out there walking. As it is now spring we should start seeing an increase in girls traveling into the area. It'll be interesting to see if the city actually starts busting johns and hookers or if they'll just continue to be a presence.

Heard on the radio this morning Seattle Police's officer count is 25% lower than it was a year or so ago. And there are major problems with violent and property crime in many parts of the city. Given this, how is it they decide to prioritize cops sitting in patrol cars looking at hookers and waiting for some dude to meet a chick for sex? Aren't there more important things for them to be allocating resources to? Rhetorical question, right?

Apparently a few weeks ago the city has started making arrests in areas of the city in which bigger crimes are occurring. New mayor and such. So apparently they are starting to go after it. Don't know how long that will take to have any effect nor how that will turn-out. Regarding the stroll, the city repealed the loitering laws in the past couple of years, police have been saying that they aren't allowed to stop hookers on the sidewalks anymore as a result. It'll be interesting to see if they put those laws or ordinances back into effect or not. All I know is that they are out there as a presence, when I talk to hookers they don't seem to be concerned at all about them. It's the johns who don't like making a pick-up in front of SPD, myself included, and I think that this is what makes the girls go stand elsewhere.

It sure is interesting out there these past two years, LOL.

Do you get down to Ballard very often? If so, have you ever run into Jesse, the spinner Alaska Native? She used to walk Aurora for a few years and was a pretty constant regular, heard she was down in Ballard these days but I never get down there. Her face is just okay but I really like her little body. That entire street is littered with vans with people living inside, they use the FM restrooms to brush their teeth etc. I saw a couple of the women there making eye contact. I never pushed the issue or proceeded, but pretty sure one or more of those women would provide services if asked nicely. Interesting, I'll have to go look. There are others posting videos on other channels as well. I think the guy from the 4 K channel was also the guy who ran the Instagram group, but that is just a hunch. That was removed as well, I know a lot of girls didn't like that they were being filmed and posted on social media. The interesting thing about that page was that hookers would come in and argue and there were pimps posting in there as well. Was interesting going to some of their pages and seeing them post about "daddy" and holding thousands of dollars in cash, LOL. But down that page went.

If a person is just filming the sights and sounds it's one thing, but how the videographer was focusing on them with still shots could cross the line where he / she / they would need a signed release from the gals being filmed. Like a "talent contract". Otherwise faces would have to be blurred.

Plus the whole "exploitation" hyperbole. Who knows.

Maybe, I don't know. If they're out in public on a public sidewalk they can be photographed but I actually don't know where the line of consent starts. Perhaps maybe if they're on private property like the Lowe's parking lot. I'll bet someone here does know.

But I don't know if YouTube has a problem with the actual content and / or they've received complaints. I think that's what happened with the Instagram page, but that's only speculation.
