If you want to store your photos in the cloud you can still use a third party app like Amazon photos or Google Photos. As they are known to be arrested with all the other culprits to come off as such. I don't believe the federal agent arrested was really nagged for that stuff. May have been undercover or something and get arrested with the others to build some sort of "rap sheet". Just my opinion on that incident.
