Drove thru the South Broad St area at lunchtime today and saw what definitely could have been a sting in progress. Attractive young lady on the corner of Broad and Malone, city patrol car on Malone at the alley, city SUV pointed out toward Broad at Elm (Chestnut one way), and state patrol car a block north on Beatty. All ready to scoop up a vehicle heading in almost any direction after a pick-up.
