Went by Sun Morning, noticed nobody there, read the notice on the window from the Fire Dept. , They are closed for a while pending until changes are made. Vindictive customer or other shops competitive tactics. Not sure what changes inside may occur but could affect all the berg parlors. Sometimes owners are their own worst enemy.
Passing down 95 and wanted to stop at the foot / body spa on Gville Rd. Only been there twice but had the same petite cute girl both times. Not this time. Was passing thru the area (I'm from Roanoke) last weekend & based on reports I scheduled a visit with Lilly at Cici. Wonderful experience, she far surpasses the quality of any providers we have on my side of VA. Will definitely be repeating any time I'm in the area. Appreciate the recommendations!
