For the ones with good reviews, keeping them good is an incentive. I also know of a few local girls whose rates are $300 and up. They just don't advertise on BP. Of course, any of us is free to consider their prices ridiculous, but it's usually because they have satisfied customers who are willing to pay that much, not because they're any greedier or bitchier than girls who ask only $160-200. I'd like to see more hot girls visit the area. Most of them don't appeal to me, but my experience with the few that I've tried has been excellent.
