1) you would not be prevented from leaving the country, however, you may be required to post bond (i.e., put up cash or pay for a bail bond) and that would be forfeited if you left the country. Although I suspect is something revolved in the arraignment where where agree to pay a fine in exchange for waiving the trial by jury.
2) there is 0% chance they are going to run a decoy sting with girls in a casino. *Maybe* they would do a sting to bust the girls working the casinos, but not the customers.

BTW - Caesar's was definitely crawling with girls last night. The club "Pure" was full of them.

Yes its Jessica Rabbit. $100 for an hour with multiples, DATY and DFK is unheard of.

I just visited with a gentleman yesterday that booked me off my site. I asked if he had references he told me no because he used to only use CG's. Upon my arrival he was acting really weird. Once he figured out I wasn't a cop, he let me know that about 2 months ago he was staying at a strip casino and had been at the bar talking to a CG for about 10 minutes when they sealed the deal. They got to his room and once he got comfy, there was a knock on the door. He opened to two badges and upon being told he was under arrest he insisted that she wasn't a prostitute she was his date, blah blah blah. She then informed him too that she was an undercover. Luckily he has no record and got to choose the fine over community service and after 6 months no trouble his it will be expunged.

Albeit I know from report that Metro is doing more to crackdown on the demand side, yet the last place they are going to go is a private casino vs public streets. Doing a large scale sting in a casino has all kinds of complications, and the targeting of otherwise unsuspecting customers is not going to be a top priority for casino owners, as opposed to targeting thieves and other criminals (including CGs themselves).

I am suspicious of your client's story, as not only is such a sting unlikely, but it would be the first time in history a decoy went upstairs into a john's room, away and out of sight from her backup and completely vulnerable. In stings decoys lead the suspect to places where there are more cops, they don't go off by themselves into rooms where they can be locked in and there could be bad guys laying in wait who could hurt or kill them.

So your client was either: 1) bullshitting; or 2) got rolled not by cops but a scam and "paid a fine" not at a magistrate hearing but on site.

BTW - cops are not allowed to accept payment of fines, so if you ever find yourself in a situation where you are being asked to pay a fine directly to a cop, it is a scam.

No, he wasn't bullshitting, I know for a fact because I asked him who his judge was and he was in awe of the fact that they do court via tv from the jail, something they don't do where he's from.

And casinos do more stings than you think, they just usually go after the girls.
Last summer they had one going on @ MGM properties. One room for internet girls, one for sw's.

They go after sw's so much because they make themselves obvious and also, 9 times out of 10, they're in the same casino playing on a penny machine with a buck or two in the machine or walking around looking lost.

What are the chances of a CG being an undercover, going up to the room with a strange person, and being out of site of her backup. A knock at the door????? And the doors in casinos may be tough to break down. Which is why they'd probably have a key in case something went wrong, and it's not too hard for them to figure out what floor they're going to with cameras. When I got busted I was coming out of the restroom when they just walked on in with the key to the room. When I worked front desk at a hotel we had to activate keys to allow access to all rooms assigned to a housekeeper.

I can't for the life of me figure out why someone would lie about something like that when they have no reason to but hey. Wanna believe that guys are exempt from being busted in a casino then by all means that's your right.

I was merely letting the gent who originally posted on the subject that it can happen. Just as I'd let another provider know information about LE, I let hobbyists know too; as I wouldn't wish legal trouble on anyone.

well, I dunno about that -- but I can assure you that there was not a sting where the decoy goes off on her own. So he was bullshitting about something. But I guess we will never know...

If you were at all concerned about a CG being a decoy, however, then don't discuss money on the casino floor. When she comes over and asks "whatcha doing tonight?" be up front that you'd like to go up to your room and have some fun. If she asks "what you looking to spend?" or "how much do you have?" say "look, I would like you to come up to my room and chat for a couple minutes, and figure out if we can have fun together. You coming?"

At that point, either a) she will come up and you will be safe from be rolled or "stung"; b) she will be spooked and not want to go up; or c) she actually was a decoy and will not be willing to go up with you as no case has been made.

Either way, if you get her to go to *your* room without discussing $$ then you are safe. *Never* go to another room other than your own, and to be safe wait to discuss $$ before you get to your room.

Let's be clear, solicitation is a misdemeanor and they are not going to risk putting a decoy in harms way to sting an unsuspecting john over a misdemeanor. T'aint going to happen. If stings are going to happen, they're either going on outside of the casino, or *maybe* by bringing johns up to a specific room (although I doubt it).

But they are NOT going on where a decoy is going into an unknown room with an unknown man and no idea who else may be lurking in wait in that room.

Unfortunately, providers don't have it so good and DO have to walk into those situations. Exotic Godiva I respect you and feel for your for having to put yourself in harms way for our pleasure, and I hope nothing ever happens to you.

But an ULE decoy is not going to do that over a misdemeanor. Just as a ULE decoy will never get in your car during a sting, thus never negotiate through the window (only after having driven a couple of blocks).

Following these precautions will keep you out of jail and safe from being rolled by her managers. *IF* you follow these precautions and there is a knock on the door, then call hotel security. If she pulls out a badge, still call hotel security. All these scams are premised on the idea that you will be too scared and embarrassed to call the police. Don't be, get security involved. No matter what they say -- if they don't want you to call security or the police then it is a scam.

I have read through and appreciate the content in this section. I noticed WebDog from the east coast adding content too! Thank you all.

I am staying at Caesars Palace in a couple of weeks. Prior to getting good advice on this site, I got a couple of responses from CL which I am inclined to accept.
