This is going way, way, way back. I'm thinking the last time I saw the Metropolitan Forum newspaper, which was a free alternative newsweekly dedicated to anything and everything adult entertainment. Had to be about 1996.

But what was nice about that paper was that it was a one-stop shopping guide to everyplace in Mpls where activities that would interest us could be found. The Internet is great for some things, but what I see locally is (today) you have to really dig around online and maybe you'll find out where the action is. Often a lot of sites or the backpaje doesn't update if a place closes or the girls are no longer available. I liked the Metropolitan Forum because it knew what I liked and wanted and basically told me where to go, what was closed, and I didn't feel like I was wasting my time on a wild goose chase.

Anyone else remember this paper?
