Coming home from work Thursday Night (6/10 -- 9:30PM), there was a Police Car parked on a corner at Nevins and (I forget, but across from the Projects) talking to a guy with a dog. I do not know if the cops were stationed there or just talking to someone, but needless to say, Nevins was quiet.
