Anyone noticed white SUV always parked on Kukui behind Zippys. Dark blackout tint windows, sunshields on windshield. Looks like old Land Rover Discovery. Heard from little birdie it's undercover & saw guy with camera with long lense. Who even has a camera with long lense anymore? It's always parked there, sometimes on one side of street, sometimes the other.
