I've never seen them keep trying very long but they might sell your number to another scammer who might send random texts.

Planning a trip to Turks & Caicos for later this spring. Looking for a resource / guide if anyone knows of one. If I remember correctly, there may be an international sister site? There's nothing there to find though. No new reports since 2009. It didn't look like there was much there to begin with. You might be able to get something at one of the massage spas. I wouldn't count on it though. If mongering is one of the reasons for the trip, you'll likely be disappointed.
