I stopped off on Dixie Rd exit in Forest Park one evening and saw a couple of white girls. I'm certain they were working girls from the nearby hotels. I actually recognized one from her tattoos that advertises on LC. The one was using the gas station to charge her cellphone. Most likely she was trying to book dates. I have been all over Atlanta and the outskirts for about a month nonstop, 7 days a week and I see these cameras everywhere from the ghetto, to the very expensive suburban areas. I believe APD is just following a trend that started with NYPD by placing cameras on the streets. Almost every city are starting to get these, some cities just have more than others hanging around.

Pass through after 6 didn't see any SW out at all and it was a very foul smell in the area like a landfill smell. I didn't stay long due to the awful smell in the area but it was dead anyway.
