Seriously, here's a report on a downtown provider other than Bus Stop Girl.
Early this morning (Sunday), I happened to see oral specialist Tina on the Ewa side of the block of Smith Street that runs between North Hotel Street and North Pauahi Street in Chinatown. I've known Tina for more than twenty years, and have posted about her before. She's now in her mid-forties.
Tina looks very much Hawaiian, but says that her ancestry also includes Japanese, Chinese and Caucasian elements. I don't think she currently has particular downtown working days and times. The best area in which to look would probably be the South Kukui Street block between Fort Street and Nuuanu Avenue (plus the Longs / Safeway parking lot), although even there the probability of finding her would seem to be low.

However, you're right that downtown is "sketchy at night" and the drug addicts and homeless are prevalent. Yet, as long as a monger stays in his vehicle, usually downtown isn't as dangerous as it might appear. Plus, as a monger obtains more experience downtown, the perception of excessive danger may decline.
