Entrapment is a shitty defense

[/QUOTE]The defense of entrapment is not established by a showing only that law enforcement officials merely gave you an opportunity to commit a crime. And it isn't entrapment if they can show you were already predisposed to committing said crime -- which given that you.
Would be cruising Aurora and stopped in front of a girl to chat with her might be challenging to prove. Keep in mind that entrapment is funky because the burden of proof is on you to show that it applies in your defense.
Not a lawyer. But if you are getting legal advice from this forum you have bigger problems than whatever I post about.
Monday Night Cruise & Score
Went out again Monday night, this time slightly earlier than I usually go out. Police were in position already by the time I'd arrived, particularly around the motels south of 125th. Normally after about 9 pm the police are there, but Monday night they seemed to be a bit early. Not many girls at all from 145th to 105th, just some lone singles here and there. Few girls from 105th to 100th and nobody south of those. Rolled-up on a nice spinner in a tan minidress at one of the 100 streets, can't recall which one. She came to the window with nice shoulder-length hair and glasses. Turned-out to be Zadeya, the Puerto Rican girl I'd talked with at least three or four times before. She approached and said, "I think you like me baby, you keep stopping for me. Why don't you give me a chance?". The reason is because I want all uncovered service which she does not provide. She said, "I've got nice, thin condoms, baby, I know they didn't work well with other girls but you haven't ever given me a try". Every hooker out there all say the exact same thing, literally all of them, LOL. As we talked an SPD drove-up on us from behind from up the side-street toward Aurora and the officer didn't even look at us. I said, "shit, there's a cop" as he was about to pass. Zadeya simply said, "yup" and didn't seem alarmed nor bothered by his presence at all, continuing to stand at my window. I asked, "do they even do much?" and she said, "nope, not at all".
About two blocks up I saw two girls standing at the corner, one was a very nice WSW spinner with very dark brunette hair and very tight pink stretch pants. Very nice. I drove-up to the next corner and circled the block to approach them from the residential side so as not to be so obvious. I don't know if that matters, but it makes me feel better so that's all that counts. By the time I arrived at the corner there were now four of them out there. Luckily the spinner in pink came to the window, "hey baby, let's date!", she exclaimed with the exuberance of an air-headed high school cheerleader. I smiled, we flirted, I told her I'm looking for bare services and she said, "no, baby, I can't that", with a smile. She then turned and said, "he wants bare" to her buddies.
I parked north of 125th for a bit, an attractive young brunette came to my window and cheerfully asked if I wanted a date, Said her name was Serenity, I think some of you guys have dated her. She was a bit too heavy for my taste and didn't offer any bare services, but she did look nice. I turned her down but I told her I thought she was really attractive, which she is. I'm not usually one for such things, but she was nice. At that time she was the only one out there and I didn't see anyone stop for her for a while.
On my last pass south of 105th I spotted a WSW with glasses across from IHOP. I drove around the block and intercepted her, she reluctantly came to the door and actually got in. Name was Lala, quoted $100, I asked for my usual and she said her night had been very very slow so we made a deal. She's mid-20's, about 5' 2', long brown hair, nerdy glasses which I like. Not exactly a spinner, but I can't say she's thick, either. Honestly had a great time with her, the likes of which I hadn't had in a while and at a really nice rate. I've found a new regular for a while, and she's going to remain in the area.
So again it can be found, just need to widen the scope and stop for as many as possible. It's just a bit more challenging with all of the SPD patrols out there, circling around and rolling-up the side-streets. The girls don't seem dismayed by their presence, I just don't want to be marked for when the hammer falls, if it ever actually does fall.
