Post flip there wer negotiations, which I personaly can't stand, but it ended up being worth it. The therapist was petite and did not speak English very well, but we worked through itand she ended up with a nice, slow, HE wih FIV and top pulled up. I want to say more may be on the table, but will work on that during my nxt visit. YMMV, but I was patient and it paid off. Damage was 40/60.

Made several visits over the past month.
No talent under 50 years old in their current rotation. Massages have consistently been just ok.
They are definitely driving traffic. Offering $30 for half hour and $50 for hour. Every time I've gone there has been constant drumbeat of new visitors during my sessions. They at least tend to staff enough ladies that someone is always available to cover the front door.
New wrinkle. They just added a couple extra massage rooms. So looks like they are going for high volume workload.
Everything standard. They all appear eager to negotiate the cost of a standard finish. One UTC down below was offered for an unreasonable price.
Nothing truly special to report. Just fairly standard visits. The kind that make you question why you just spent the time and money.

Finally hit it right at this spot. Maggie was on duty, younger, petite, cute little spinner with a good attitude and English. Half ass back rub which I flipped pretty quickly on and got to why we were there. Some negotiation and I just through out my budgeted $ and went with it to see what happened. Her photos are several years old and her ad is not accurate. Your mileage will not vary. I also wrote she has rapid and dramatic mood swings. I do not consider several shops. No matter the reviews, because of being high traffic areas.
