I just don't get how turning around and giving her money away to a pimp, as all of those SoCal girls do, also makes her smart. Went strolling. One LE driving up and down a lot of the night. Only saw a couple LE stationed before they left. Stroll wise some decent girls. As it gets late in the night the group goes to bed and the night owls come out. Always see this girl farther down Aurora. 5-2,5-3 maybe? Petite body dark brown or black hair it seems. 9/10 in looks typically in a short skirt, white girl. I'm not sure an undercover would stand around like that. Time is tax-payer money. From what I've seen they're pretty aggressive, she'll come right over to you and say "I can do a blow job for $20, do you want to?". If you say "yes" she'll either tell you to pull up to a certain spot and then signal the police or she'll just signal right there. Either way, they'll get right to it, she'll offer a service with a specific amount of money right at the window. They want to crank through as many guys as possible so I don't think an undercover would just stand there.

Not much has changed, the head is still wonderful. Gained wieght and mileage. Add about 15 to 20 lbs to her latest ad. She's thick carries it well, nice ass. My point is that an undercover won't stand out there and just look at you, she'll approach. She's going to try and get as many contacts as safely possible. Looking up some legal stuff, it looks as though claiming entrapment is a big part of trying to get out of a soliciting charge so it seems rather common. Still, a potential john has to fight all of that off which is uncomfortable and potentially embarrassing.

No matter your anecdotal observations from years ago what you described earlier is entrapment.

1. They can not approach you, they need you to approach the officer. You now changed that tune to pulling up and rolling down the window. Below you said they will come to you. They won't because that's going to get thrown out.

2. Offering an illegal act to encourage you to commit a crime is entrapment. They will never say, "blowjob for $20? They will ask if you're dating and what do you want. Again, you changed your original statement from an offer to a conversation. They need the John to ask for an illegal activity.

You are correct that none of that means you get don’t get embarrassed or arrested but the the gets chapped when they can't prosecute a case because the police didn't follow protocol. Would have been easier just to say you misspoke.
